Our Classes

We have various yoga types of classes such as Yin, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Yoga Nidra
Meditation and Mindful Yoga, Breath and Meditation. These classes are for all levels offered
online and in person. These classes allow students to learn tools and techniques of self care to
keep the body strong and the mind calm. Regular yoga practice has been shown to increase lung
capacity, improve respiration, strength, flexibility, immunity, resilience and feeling of peace and
well-being.
