Whether you wish to become a registered yoga teacher or simply want to expand your knowledge and enhance your own personal practice, our goal is to guide each student through a period of self-inquiry and progressive practice that leads to personal transformation and dynamic teaching skills. The course will integrate a variety of yoga traditions and will cover Yoga Asanas found in Hatha Yoga as well as breathing techniques, meditation, anatomy, physiology, ethics, assisting, correcting and Yoga Sutras & philosophy. This course curriculum has been designed to meet the current guidelines set by Yoga Alliance.
