being. Private Nutrition, Yoga and Wellness sessions are customized to meet your individual
needs. These sessions will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and;
meditation as well as Ayurveda and Nutrition recommendations that are designed to increase
your strength, flexibility, vitality, peace of mind and well-being.
