Workshops are offered online, livestream and in person. These sessions are longer to give more
time to go deeper into the teachings. Yoga Nidra Meditations allow individuals to deeply relax,
and feel energized and peaceful in body and mind. Restorative Yoga Training teaches the proper
set up practice and teaching for the postures to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to
promote a balancing of the nervous system. Each workshop is designed to provide practitioners
A Calm Mind, Energized Body and Joyful Heart. These practices are self care, stress reducing
and immunity boosting compassion practices.
