Service Description

This practice is a powerful technique to progressively release muscular, emotional and mental tension. Total relaxation of the body helps the optimal functioning of the endocrine system and parasympathetic nervous system which balances the nervous system. Relaxation and meditation contribute to an overall feeling of well-being by helping to deepen your breath, slow heart rate, decrease levels of stress hormones, relieve fatigue, reduce anxiety and contributes to a better night's sleep. Participants report feeling invigorated and inspired. No yoga experience needed appropriate for everyone. Schedule a private session or join our monthly session. The next monthly sessions are scheduled from 7-8:15 pm on Wednesday April 13th, May 18th, & June 15th. These classes will be held in-person in a private home and online. Registration in advance.
