This class provides an introduction to yoga with exploration of slow, gentle movement, stretching and healthy alignment. We incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques into each class. A chair provides support allowing anyone who can sit in a chair the opportunity to experience the benefits of Yoga! These benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and concentration, stress relief and an increased ability to manage chronic pain. This class is not on the regular weekly schedule; however, class is available for private or group session. Please call to schedule.
