Service Description

Mindful Yoga is a mindfulness or awareness-based practice centered on the recognition of the interconnectedness that exists between our mind and our body. It is a blend between an adaptive and gentle hatha yoga and mindful meditation. By practicing Mindful Yoga we are able to access the multiple potential physical benefits of yoga (such as flexibility, balance, posture and strength) while developing the natural skills of our mind (such as awareness, attention, and concentration). In this way, by practicing Mindful Yoga we are ultimately training ourselves to address the reality of our daily life with more compassion and respond to its challenges from a place of love, inner and outer balance and stability.
