Customized Yoga Session- One on One

Service Description

This session will be individualized to meet your specific needs and concerns. Student will complete an initial intake form prior to visit. Yoga session will consist of discussion, instruction and practice. A written yoga sequence plan will be given to student after session with specific yoga postures and instructions so students may practice at home in between sessions.
