Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Service Description

The purpose of Yin Yoga is to restore your natural ability to move with fluidity. This in turn allows our energy to flow throughout the body with less resistance. In Yin Yoga there is no muscular effort, but the sensations may vary from pose to pose as we are releasing tension and tightness from the connective tissues and fascia. Yin Yoga allows the connective tissue and fascia to release their grip thus allowing our joints and body to move with more ease. Yin Yoga Training will include learning: · The basics of Yin Yoga philosophy and teachings · The benefits of Yin Yoga · The difference between Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga · To practice and teach Yin Yoga · To sequence class with purpose and balance This Yin Yoga Training is open to students and teachers wanting to learn more about the practice of Yin Yoga. Yoga teachers receive 2 CEUs with Yoga Alliance for taking this training.
